Recently I have a lot of problems with USB flash memory in EdgeMax routers. Real pandemic. Just this week four of them died. And I know I am not the only person with this problem. Therefore I would like to ask what Ubiquiti is going to do with it:
1. Will you admit the problem is real and regardless of the warranty period will send spare USB memory to anyone interested?
2. Will you sell spare USB memory thorough dealers because, unfortunately, it is not so easy to find a memory stick that will work on the router?
3. Will you bury your head in the sand and pretend there is no problem?
