EdgePoint EP-R6 SFP J4858C doesn't work

Hi,

i tried to connect the EP-R6 (FW 1.8.5) with the SFP Module J4858C to a HP V1910-48G but i doesn't work.

The module on both sides are detected. It is a HP Original but the EdgePoint detect the Vendor WAVESPLITTER and Model WST-S8CCIV-551H. I checked the function from the HP-V1910-48G with another HP-1910-8G with the same module and cable and it is working.

The problem is that the HP Switch doesn't detect a link but the EdgePoint does.

Is there anythin i overlook?

I never had such a symptom with SFP modules.
