Google fiber with ER5 Poe and IPv6

I was modifying the guides over at

To create a config that would allow ipv6 provisioning with the edgerouter Poe and came up with this:

However, I haven't been able to get an ipv6 address from gfbr even after 36 hours, though it works without issues with an ipv4 address. 

I was wondering what might be wrong with the config to cause this- I have tried looking for a ER5 PoE specific config that allows for ipv6 provisioning on Google fiber but haven't seen one.
