Trouble Splitting Eth Ports/ IP's

Hello- Total newbie. Sorry. I have a new fiber connection set up in my main store 20x 20 Mbps. We also have a fiber link set up between our second location 5 x 5(Mbps) as a bridge. I have a few issues:

I have my Edgemax set up in WLAN +2Lan 2- Eth0 is WAN- Eth 1 goes to EdgeSwitch- Was planning on using Eth2 as link to fiber in second store. If I don't change anything it all works perfectly like one big happy network.

Heres the catch. Each store contains a parts ordering validation server. If each stores does not connect to the correct one in there respective location(s), the parts they order will not come to the correct location. While we can configure the server with any address we want, we cannot configure the client to look for the server at a specific IP, its all done by auto discovery and there is no way to change this at this time.

My solution, if Im thinking correctly would be as follows: MY ISP gives me 5 static IP's- I want to assign one to Eth2 and then I can set up a DHCP server in the second location. Problem is- I cannot assign it to Eth2 as it will not let me configure the port as its part of the WLAN +2Lan2 group.

I need to know the following:
A- Is my logic reasonable?

B- Will this work the way I expect? In other words allow me to reasonably segment the 2 validation servers apart.

C- How can I break off the Eth2 Port and still make sure it the second location still gets its Internet connection through WAN port0

Any help would be great- thank you

Scott
