EdgeRouter Pro - SQUASHFS error: Unable to read fragment cache / page block

Greetings guys,

I have an EdgeRouter Pro which suddenly stopped working. I connected to the Serial port, and I am seeing:

SQUASHFS error: squashfs_read_data failed to read block 0x1451786
SQUASHFS error: Unable to read fragment cache entry [1451786]
SQUASHFS error: Unable to read page, block 1451786, size becc

Any help appreciated!

So here is what I did, and their output:

1) unplugged the power, plugged it back in. (same SQUASHFS error)

2) runtime reset (same SQUASHFS error)

3) power-on reset (output of this below)
