I have a question about changing my current config to enable QoS Smart Queue with two different speeds.
My current set-up:
Everything works fine. Clients connected to UAP_One get full 300/20 WAN speeds, but clients connected to UAP_Two only get 100/20 WAN due to the 100 Mbit bottleneck between the two ER-X's (one of my in-wall cable runs is messed up).
Now my problem is: I'm trying to enable QoS with Smart Queue. I set the Smart Queue on the WAN interface on the ER-X_A for a rate limit of 200 Mbps download and 20Mbps upload. This works well for clients connected to UAP_One and solves my bufferbloat problem. However, there is still bufferbloat for clients connected to UAP_Two for download (upload is fine).
How do I set a lower smartqueue limit for ER-X_B (for example, 100 Mbps download) without jeopardizing my 200 Mbps download speeds on ER-X_A? Do I need to set up ER-X_B again as a WAN+2LAN2 instead of its current basic switch set-up? Is there a setting I can just change on the ER-X_A instead? Thanks for the help!
