edge router and cisco TelePresence

Sorry I'm a bit new to the forum and I need some help with an odd situation.

I have an edgerouter x, works perfect.

But my client got a cisco TelePresence sx10. Its a video confrencing camera, very expensive, not my choice.

They have two of those cameras, and inside the office, under the router, the cameras work very well. As soon as I took one offsite, I started having problems.

I know the camera uses SIP and uses ports 5060-5061, and RTP ports 2326-2486. I even added video port 4000-4005, just in case.

I can't just use port forwarding, which I tried as diagnosis and it still didn't work. I have to use D nat and limit source so I don't get random solicitaion calls.

I set up the nats, the calls are kind of established, but I don't have video or audio and after a few seconds, about 20, the receiving camera disconnects on its own because it didn't recieve anything.

I've tried removing nats and just using built in port forwarding, still the same thing. I tried changing default firewall to accept instead of drop, still the same thing.

Any input would be appreciated.

I'm attaching my config file. I'm using firmware 1.80
