Issue with EdgeRouter x since upgrade v 1.9

So I have an issue I can not figure out.

I have updated the firm ware on my Edgerouter x to 1.9 vs 1.8.5 it was.

Since the upgrade i decided I would try the new basic wizard from scratch.

So my modem is going into eth0

My desktop hardwired into eth1

These both work on 192.168.1.x subnet

but my DD-WRT router for my wireless is set to 192.168.2.x static ip on Eth2

and my ooma is a 192.168.2.x on eth3

both eth2 and eth3 look like they are connected and my ooma even gives me a dial tone. 

but I have neither internet nor phone services. Also my static address for my WLAN AP keeps turning into a second Router login for UBNT and not DD-WRT.

Any suggestions?
