QOS Rule to prevent Windows Update usage all bandwith

Windows 10, use all my bandwith conection in my EdgeRouter X.

Sometimes wen a computer in my network is doing windows update freezes all my internet.

I have 50Mbps conection and the windows update uses 50Mbps, if i put a qos rule to 30Mbps uses 30Mbps but i cant go to any site https/http, to slow

Any QOS rule only for windows update like this.
