Access to shared network printer in different subnet

Hello to everyone! Recently I bought EdgeRouter X for my office, which is located inside a large business center. The goal was to make independent subnets for office LAN, WLAN (for security reasons) and at the same time to have access to the center's network. Since I have my own internet connection, the only reason I have to connect to the center's network is for using the shared printer. I managed to setup the independent networks, but still have no access to the printer. The router ports configuration is:

eth0 - WAN

eth1 - Office LAN (192.168.1.x)

eth2 - Office WLAN (192.168.2.x)

eth3 - Another office giving internet access (192.168.3.x)

eth4 - Business center network (10.0.0.x using DHCP)

Can you help me on how to have access from office LAN only to the shared printer? I want to have isolated the eth1 and eth4 subnets except the printer communication.

Thank you in advance!
