I want your support with a special case.
Currently I have about 70 users connected to the network I have setup, but one of users cannot access the internet. They are getting and IP like all the others:
They are connected over the UniFi controller, same issue for their ethernet connection.
I tried all the standard things:
- rebooting
- removing the WiFi network from the memory and joining a new
- checked that IP/DNS is on automatic settings
- reconnect the device via the UniFi Controller
- run diagnose in network and sharing center
What else can I try to resolve this?
