Hi folks
I'm working from a home office and have an Edge Router Lite. The ADSL internet I can get in our house is not very good, so I have got a second internet connection that runs over 4G. However the 4G connection charges by bandwidth, so I don't want to send the whole houses internet over it.
My ideal setup would be to have:
All devices on the network except my work computer routed over the ADSL connection
All traffic on my computer routed over the 4G connection,
except for things that are bandwidth intensive like Youtube, iTunes, Torrents for Linux ISO's, e.t.c.
Looking at the docs, it seems like I'm wanting a combination of firewall rules from https://help.ubnt.com/hc/en-us/articles/204952274-EdgeMAX-Policy-based-routing-source-address-based- as well as more firewall rules from https://community.ubnt.com/t5/EdgeMAX/How-can-one-achieve-simultaneous-QoS-and-Traffic-Analysis-in-1-7/m-p/1358437/highlight/true#M79942
Is this a good way to do it, or is there a better option?
Thanks!
