IPv6 Webpass Help

I'm having trouble configuring ipv6 for my residential network.  I've gotten an ipv6 address from my ISP (webpass), but from what I understand of ipv6 (admittedly little), it looks like they're only allocating me 1 address? Here is what I get when I run "show interfaces" on the command line:

Codes: S - State, L - Link, u - Up, D - Down, A - Admin Down
Interface IP Address S/L Description
--------- ---------- --- -----------
eth0 192.168.1.1/24 u/u LAN
eth1 192.168.2.1/24 u/u Wireless LAN
eth2 <ip4-address>/23 u/u WAN
2604:5500:35:4:be09:1b54:7a0c:fc3e/128
lo 127.0.0.1/8 u/u
::1/128

I've attached my configuration files. I'm hoping that I just configured something wrong, but could use any advice and/or suggestions.

Thanks!
