Simulating WAN or cellular connections? (i.e. adding artificial latency)

Is there an equivalent to netem on the EdgeRouter platform?

Basically, it's an emulator to artificially add latency to specific connections, in order to simulate say, a WAN connection (or say a 2G mobile connection).

Would be awesome if there is some way of achieving this on EdgeOS - useful for a lab.

Also, are there any issues if you also use Advanced Queue as well?
