Home Network Setup Suggestions

I am setting up a brand new home network.

I have 9 wired connections:-

3 Desktops, 2 Android Boxes, 1 CCTV DVR & 3 UAP AC LR

What would be an ideal set up with performance and reliability in mind.

Option 1
ERPOE and Linksys LGS108 - ERPOE to drive the UAP AC LRs

Option 2
ER Lite, TS-5-POE & Linksys LGS 108

What would be ideal, or suggest something else all together.
