Hellow all,
Someone askt me to make them a fail over network for a bunch of offices in 1 building.
but i wonder if the edgemax ER8 Pro can do this. topology below
The config needs to be on Wan 1 will get 5 external ip addresses form the IPS (Internet 1).
Wan 2 on ER1 will be as fail over to ER 2.
we will have 5 lan whit each of em having ther own USG they need to have 1 external ip adres per Lan.
i found a post Here where they do something similar, but not the wail over part.
anny one know if this is possible ( the external ip address arn't needed on the Fail over ).
The ER2 from ISP2 will alsow have 5 external ip adresses
if this worsk wel there are going to be 7 of these in there
