VoIP - ingress cuts off

I setup my first EdgeRouter X and updated to firmware v1.9.1. It is setup as a basic router using the wizard with a Comcast static IP on the eth0 and eth1 is connected to the LAN. I have noticed since using this router (replacing a Sonicwall) that a few times I have had phone calls whereby the other party can hear me but I can't hear them. This happens several minutes into the call. I hang up and call them back, and everything is fine again. The other party will tell me they were hearing me while I wasn't hearing them. This happened three times today. Again, the call quality seems fine all of the time, but on a longer call this drop off happens. I do see that I can setup QoS, but I wonder if that is really the issue here. There are no quality issues, no dropped call, and it is always their voice I stop hearing, not the other way around. I just wonder if there are any other settings that I need.
