Edgerouter POE slow wired connection

I have 1.9.1 installed with a WAN+2LAN2 setup

My internet is on eth0

My PC is on eth3

My Unifi AP-AC-Lite is on eth4

I get 120Mbps down on the wifi, but I get half that on the wired connection. I got 100+ down on my wired connection with my airport router. Nothing else has changed hardware wise. Just the edgerouter poe and the unifi ap.

I've already tried "set system offload ipv4 pppoe enable" (as well as for vlan and gre)

Any ideas?
