ER-Pro-8 Seen on both 172.16 and 192.168.0.1?

Hey guys, I have an ERPro-8 on a basic setup config. e1 is 172.16.0.0/22 DHCP 0f 0.1-254 with 120 of those leased. My client is saying that users aren't able to connect, that he has machines uable to get IP addresses.

In the dashboard e2 is defaulted to 192.168.0.1/24 but nothing is plugged in to it.

I did a scan of our 172.16.0.1-3.254 and found nothing odd.

I did a scan of 192.168.0.1-3.254

And found something at 0.1 and worried it was a different DHCP server, but when I connect to 192.168.0.1 it's my ERPro-8, even though there is no physical connection on e2.

Is this normal? Is this OK?
