EdgeMAX - IPv6 Tunnel

Hello.

I bought EdgeMAX router and using in Japan.

Some of Japanese ISP uses DS-Lite, it uses ipip6 tunnel. Current vyos support ipip6 tunnel, but EdgeOS v1.9.0 doesn't imprement it.

I hope it will be imprement.
