Cannot access router interface

Hello, I recently bought a EdgeRouter Lite 3 and it works well except that I cannot access the web UI from my PC anymore (I could at the beginning), only from my laptop. If I try to connect from my PC I got "Unable to load the router configuration" but from my laptop it's fine. I already rebooted every devices, cleared browsers cache ... Any ideas? Thanks in advance
