Port Forwarding, Open Ports, SIP ALG & QOS

Hi Team

Wonder if you can help. I am VERY new to using these Edgemax Pro routers and I have a EdgePro 8 which so far I love and hope to master in full. I use the GUI to set things up as coding is a bit advanced stuff right now.

I have been asked to setup port forwarding, open some ports, turn off SIP ALG and ensure QOS is enabled and would appreciate some assistance.

Please see the details below... I would be ever so grateful if someone could idiot proof this for me via the GUI? If it helps, I am running v1.9.0.

Bit of background to help: Our network consists of 4 seperate businesses as per below. All offices share the internet on eth0 (200mb pipe) and each office has VOIP handsets. I'll need to setup QOS or setup a fair load balancing policy to ensure no one hoggs the bandwidth so my inital Q, will the edgemax determine this by default or should I cap each office at 50mb? Or is it best to leave it open and let staff across each office use as they like?

eth0 - INTERNET IN

eth1 - company1 (192.168.10.X)

eth2 - company2 (192.168.20.X)

eth3 - company3 (192.168.30.X)

eth4 - company4 (192.168.40.X)

I have been asked to setup port forwarding and open ports for Company 2 as per below:

Port forwarding

 UDP 5060 to 192.168.20.10

UDP 5080 to 192.168.20.10

UDP 5081 to 192.168.20.10

Open Ports – UDP 10020 – 10533 to 192.168.20.253

I also need SIP ALG to be turned off in the router.

Help on this appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
