Edge Max config - 4 WANs to 3 VLANs

can you please navigate me what procedure should I use to have this setup.

I have 4 different internet providers which are connected to Egde Max router ports ETH0, ETH1, ETH2 and ETH3. Port ETH7 should be configured as output in form of 3 virtual LAN to three groups od PCs. These theree groups must communicate to each other. Each group have own ISP as main connection and another ISP as backup connection. Also if main connection from internet provider is down EgedeMax router must swich to backup connection.
