Port forwarding not working help

Hi,

I am trying open a port for a game but I seem to be unable to get it to work and I require some help.

Network Setup

ISP Modem -> EdgeRouter X (v1.9.0 ) -> NanoBeam 5AC 16 (v7.2.4) in Access Point PTP -> NanoBeam 5AC 16 (v7.2.4) in Station PTP -> Switch (non-managed) -> PC

ISP Modem to EdgeRouter IP: 192.168.1.65/24

WAN IP: 200.XXX.XXX.XXX

Firewall is off on the PC

PC IP: 10.0.0.141

Port: 7777

I have tried both, the manual (Firewall Polcies + NAT), and the automatic (Port Forwarding) ways with no luck.

I have tested if the port is open with "_http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/"
