We have setup ERPoe-5 (v1.9) on a Time Warner Cable 300/20 connection. The TWC modem is in "Bridge Mode" ERPoe-5 sees the public IP on WAN interface.
Through the day, 4-5 times we see 1-2 Minute Outages, complete packet loss to the internet. Can still ping from the Mac or PC through the Unifi to the LAN IP of the ER, but pings fail to 4.2.2.2, 8.8.8.8, google.com.
What type of logging can we enable on the ERPoe-5 (v1.9) to get a better understanding of what is going on?
TWC Support says they do not see any issues between them and the modem for the past week.
I guess if they are polling in 5 min intervals they may not see our outages.
One TWC tech suggested that the modem and our router interface’s may be flapping between 100 and 1000. Can this type of event be captured in the logs?
We are not on site all day long.
