traceroute shows * * * at first hop

I am new to Ubiquity Hardware, everything we have is ubiquity however, Router , Switches, AP's

I have Edge MAx Pro 8

Ubiquity 750 and 1 Edge Lite Switch.

traceroute hangs at first hop. (ping on by default)

i have clients hanging.

Internet is 150 down and bandwidth tests show clients get 150

This is a school when they go to lockdown browser it says no interent the traceroute there shows:

Hop 2 is the issue, all ideas to help I would be grateful
