Edgemax lite one to one NAT

I'm sure that all of this has been covered many times before. However, I'm stuck trying to get this to work.

I have 5 static IPs that I need to map one-to-one with internal IPs. I'm very new to this router and, frankly, I find the documentation lacking (or I'm the one lacking Man Wink).

The external IPs: 36.32.244.146/29, so: have the following available (I changed the first octet in this example for protection):

36.32.244.144 (Network Address)

36.32.244.145 (the ISP denotes this as the GW)

36.32.244.146 (I did not use this because it's used by another router at the moment)

36.32.244.147 <--- To start with, I would like to get this one to work

36.32.244.148

36.32.244.149

36.32.244.150

96.32.244.151 (Broadcast Address)

eth0 is the WAN and I don't bridge the other 2 ports. IPs 36.32.244.147 through 36.32.244.150 have been added to eth0 as well. I  can ping all the added IPs with no issues (after I added the appropriate firewall rule for ICMP)

eth1 is the LAN: 192.168.100.0/24

What I want to do:

For this example, I would be thrilled if I could get the Exchange server at IP 192.168.100.6 behind IP: 36.32.244.147. Exchange needs ports 25 and 443. I have an SNAT rule which is working great to make sure outbound traffic is through 36.32.244.147. However, I'm sure I have a problem with the WAN_IN firewall policy and DNAT. I'm trying to use the gui to do this. I'm a bit confused (to say the least) with what should be deemed as source and destination and whether these should be LAN IPs or WAN IPs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
