I have a new ERL-3 installed on 8/31/16. I configured it for a firewall and it works but the software version is 1.2. I attempted (multiple times) to use the GUI to update it but it gets to about 90% downloaded and then fails with a message saying the upgrade failed. I tried a CLI update and it failed to download the Version 1.9 file also. I am attaching a screen shot showing the command and the failure and a file list.
How can I get this fixed? How do I open a ticket and get an RMA? I can't find any way to do this. I need this router in place even running the old OS as I have kids and grandkids that need the protection so I may have to buy a second ERL-3 so I can still operate with something in place.
HELP! I just don't get the organization of the website/community/support - how to contact support or get this fixed.
