L2TP VPN not working after 1.9.0 Upgrade

HI guys

I recently upgraded the system image on ER-Lite from 1.8.5 to 1.9.0. The thing is: when any client on Windows connects to Router using L2TP VPN, just have access to router (192.168.10.1 in this case); no ping or telnet or SSH to other IP inside the network.

I changed the order to image boot from 1.9.0 to 1.8.5 and works perfectly, there are complete connectivity, and all IP are reachable.

For safety reasons i can not post the router configuration.
