martian destination

Apr 7 14:11:30 ADVA006 kernel: IPv4: martian destination 0.0.27.68 from 123.123.123.123, dev eth0

123.123.123.123 is one of our public ip addresses that is on the lan side.

Any help would be appreciated. I don't know what this error means.
