Open ports for VoIP access

Hi Folks,

I have never used this product so I am a complete newbie. I am also only able to access the router remotely as I am based in Ireland and the modem is in Arizona. We hired a technical gut over there to set up our I.T. infrstructure, everything is going fine apart from our telephone system. The problem I am having is that there is a delay in the telephone registration and anytime we try to phone the Arizona office we are immediately directed to voicemail. I have been given instructions by our VoIP service provider to open ports to allow inbound communication 5060-5061 both TCP and UDP for SIP

10000-20000 UDP only for Voice

These ports and IP traffic flows need to be enabled allowed to and from the following IP Addresssess

I have not posted the IP's just to be safe.

These are the instructions I received from our VoIP provider but I cannot figure out how to implemet them on the O.S. of the router. I have disabled the SIP ALG, SIP Helpers & SIP Transformations as instructed.

Our Consultant in Arizona seems to be refusing the make these changes so I would be grateful for any advice.
