EDGEMAX cannot ping and open remotely

hi! my edge router poe 5 is running and im using public ip/static ip for my wan 1 port. and  i tried to ping to other internet connection not same network the wan 1 public ip.. I cannot ping.

and how can i open it using the public ip remotely the edge router?
