ER-X and multiple webserver setup

I have an ER-X at home but just ordered one for my office. They have a peculiar setup and I'm hoping the ER-X can help.

They have:

static IP --> ER-X --> switch --> other computers/APs

                           -->10.1.10.2 (https webserver)

                           -->10.1.10.39 (http webserver)

I'm still looking into solutions for remote ftp access to 10.1.10.39. FTP currently works on LAN.

Questions:
Will this work? How? Do I have to enable NAT?

I've attempted to set this system up with our current modem/router combo and through GoDaddy with no luck. Don't expect you guys to help there, but would like reassurance/pointers on how to set it up with ER-X.

Thanks for everything,
Alex
