VoIP QoS

I have tried the qos guide here: https://help.ubnt.com/hc/en-us/articles/205198380-EdgeMAX-Quality-of-Service-for-Voice-Over-IP-QoS-for-VoIP-

The customer having issues is using cisco ata devices on local voip provider. Any tips?

I have set my other routers with this config and it has been great with polycom phones with the same provider.
