Access WiFi router on separate subnet

I am trying to gain access to a Wifi Router located on a seperate subnet on my network but I am having difficulty figuring this out.

What I want to do, is if I am connected to a device on the 10.1.10.0/24 network, I want to be able to access the devices on the 192.168.1.0/24 network.

I know how to assign multiple IP's to my devices, but it's the routing in the ER-X that is giving me trouble.

Is it because the cable from the swtich is going into the WAN port of my wireless router?

Do I need to set up a static route on the ER-X?
