Policy Based Routing in OSPF or other way?

Hi guys,

I want to migrate our entire network from a bridged network to a routed network, we have bought several ER-PRO and ER-5POE in order to do that. Currently I balance the different networks using different VLANs and sending some of those via one link or another (using MSTP). I want to know how could I create a redundant (dynamic) network, so in order to explain myself better I will use three examples: Purple network (192.168.71.0/24), GREEN (192.168.92.0/24) and BLUE (192.168.89.0/24). I'm using private ranges in the examples, but I have public IP address so I don't use NAT.

I want to send PURPLE and BLUE networks via the 10.10.10.9/30 gateway and the GREEN network via the 10.10.10.5/30 gateway (I know it has one extra hop, but will have more available capacity). I know I could do that with PBR and static routes, but I would prefer to use a dynamic routing protocol like OSPF or BGP to have better redundancy. Would you do you that? I think static isn't ideal cause I will have a medium-large network with over 100 networks, so management with 100 static routes could be a PAIN. The 10.10.9.1/30 router is the main one using eBGP.
