Forward ISP PPPoE nameservers onto LAN DHCP clients?

Long time listener, first time caller.Smiley Very Happy I love my UBNT gear and work for Ookla.

TL/DR; how do I make it so LAN network clients get the nameservers of my WAN ISP when they request DHCP settings? Right now they receive my router's IP address -- I'd like to bypass my router so my clients use my ISP's DNS servers directy. My internet service is atypical in that it's PPPoE with a static IP, and also uses a VLAN tag -- why CenturyLink does this, I don't know.

Router config looks like so: http://d.pr/i/1bFKj/3P4yGM71

I've tried every config I can think of using command line: set service dns forwarding XXXX XXXX, and nothing has worked. I've also left the DHCP service DNS settings blank and then my clients don't get any DNS servers. The key here is I don't want to statically set the nameservers, I'd like updates from my ISP to propogate to my clients when their DHCP leases expire.

'show dns forwarding nameservers' returns:

-----------------------------------------------
   Nameservers configured for DNS forwarding
-----------------------------------------------
205.171.3.65 available via 'ppp pppoe0'
205.171.2.65 available via 'ppp pppoe0'

And yet my clients receive this:

I'd like those two nameserver IPs to appear in the client DNS Servers list. Thanks for your help in advance!
