ERX - Unknown PPPOE Destination in list of Routes & External IPs as Host in Traffic Analysis

My appologies in advance if these are silly questions. I have only used consumer grade routers before.

ERX is in WAN+2LAN2 setup. PPPOE connection to bridged modem on eth0.

In ERX web interface -> "Routing" tab -> "Routes" tab:

There are three lines related to pppoe0:

1. Destination: 0.0.0.0/0   Interface: pppoe0   Route Type: kernel

2. Destination: (an external IP I don't know)   InterfaceImage may be NSFW.
Clik here to view.
Man Tongue
ppoe0   Route Type: connected

3. Destination: (public ip for my own ADSL connection)   Interface: pppoe0   Route Type: connected

Should I be worried about the second line? Why does it say that my router is connected to an external IP I don't know? I did an IP search on this external IP and it does not appear to have anything to do with my ISP. I tried a random trace on the ERX; this external IP appears as the first stop in trace before my ISP's servers.

Second question:

A few external IPs sometimes show up in the "Traffic Analysis" tab as hosts. I am not sure why these would appear.

Thank you very much in advance for your help.
