EdgeRouter PoE Heat Issue?

Hello all! I just replaced an ERL with the EdgeRouter PoE for my home and I love it so far. I am concerned about the heat on the external case however. I have owned dozens of low cost ($15-$150) and high cost ($150-$350) consumer routers and have never measured this kind of heat on an external case before so it worries me a tad. I did search for info on this but didn't see much about the actual temperatures other than it runs hot. Here are the temperatures I measured with my infrared thermometer;

Ambient Temperature: 22.8C (73.0F)
Top Left: 60.1C (140.1F)
Top Right: 47.4C (117.3F)
Bottom Left: 37.7C (99.8F)
Bottom Right: 34.8C (94.6F)

The router has been running for 3 hours now. The ambient temperature I took was from 2 feet away from the router. I have it mounted on the wall with ports facing down. It's not in a cabinet or enclosed space and has 2-5 feet of breathing room on all sides (excluding the wall mounted side). I am using the 48v power adapter that came with it and am powering a single UniFi AC LR (24v) with it.

If the temps seem fine to all of you then so be it. I just want to make sure I didn't get a defective unit and need to RMA it. Thanks in advanced for any help!
