EdgeRouter X, DHCP pool: Leases top down instead of bottom up

Is it possible to lease IP-addresses from the DHCP pool top down instead of bottom up?

My concept: Lower addresses in the pool should be for static DHCP addresses, so all dynamic DHCP addresses should leased from end of the pool downwards.
