Hi, I am new to UBNT routers and the OS language, so thought the GUI would run the wizards when I purchased it, but cannot figure out how to run any wizards in the GUI.
Anyway, I went on the community board and downloaded a Basic config (see attached) and edited the Eth2 port with my static IP for my side and changed the DHCP to 192.168.1.101 - 192.168.1.150. Could ping both interfaces so thought I was successful.
I then plugged my Netgear switch into port Eth0 and WAN into Eth2. I was able to login to the router, but then got a dialog that says "Could not connect to router." There is also no traffic passing from either interface.
Not sure why the basic config doesn't work for me, but maybe someone can take a look and help.
I am a former Cisco Network guy, but have not been hands on for some years now, so having a little trouble figuring out the new CLI and GUI. Any help on how to run the GUI Wizards will help, maybe then I can reset to factory and do my own config.
