Routing

I have been using UBNT for many years now and love it.  I have told a friend I would help them with a project that I will describe and maybe someone can give me a insight on what to do to facilitate the needs...

There is a internet connection in town that has a provider cable router it is 192.168.0.1

There is a link setup from town to the mountain 192.168.0.10 to 192.168.0.11

We do not have a static public ip here and really don't need one as this is the backup internet connection

On the mountain we have two people that use this internet connection as a backup

This connection comes out of the radio at 192.168.0.11 into a switch then into a edgerouter lite setup with a ip address of 192.168.0.15 on eth2 as WAN2

The edgerouter is configured with failover to this WAN2, eth1 is connected to a Public IP Address from another ISP on the mountain WAN1

From the edgerouter lite eth0 we have a switch connected and a network of 192.168.20.1

Radios, PCs, and all sorts of Equipment is connected here.  No problems

Everything works as it should, but we want to do this...

Down in Town where our cable connection comes in, we want to send Internet to the Mountain like we currently are doing, but over the same link want to be able to access the local network in town on 192.168.0.1 range...  I know this is simple, but there is a reason we need this but still want to be able to provide the Internet to our router for backup as well as the other user for their backup, but we want to be able to have local network pc access over same link.  I hope this isn't confusing, I hope I explained it well enough for some input.  I am willing to purchase another router for town and use some routing and such but need a jump start.

Thanks in advance!
