Upgrade to 1.8.0 fails on new ERPOE-5

I downloaded the file from here - https://www.ubnt.com/download/edgemax/edgerouter-poe/erpoe5/erlite-3erpoe-5-firmware-v180

And in System, tried to "Upgrade System Image" with that file and it fails at 96% every time.

I downloaded 3 copies to ensure the download was ok.  Read the file in from the local hard drive (vs. the USB stick).

Any help very much appreciated...
