Inherited ERL, slow browsing

I recently inherited an ERL after our ASUS router died but unfortunately I'm finding it a bit over my head (zero sysadmin/networking experience).  

I've got decent sync rate (for Australian internet) but browsing is really slow.

I just used WAN+2LAN2 wizard to set it up. What am I doing wrong?
