Settings for 1Gbps Ftth

Need some help... I have the basic's set up, but my speeds seem to be down from an old TP-WDR3600.

I was getting well over 800 up and down now this is aprox what I am getting

I did set up my MTU to 1492 as indicated for a setup of a Juniper router

Other then setting up DHCP for WAN and LAN and also setting up a portforward for PLEX I really haven't done anything else.

Also I searched for a guide on how to get my config info, so if someone could also point me in the correct direction for that I will then upload a config file too
