Brand new Edgerouter user, have a couple of questions (NAT, and isolation)

I have the Edgerouter X, running firmware 1.7.1.  I set it up using the base config found here:  http://www.smallnetbuilder.com/lanwan/lanwan-howto/32014-how-to-configure-your-ubiquiti-edgerouter-lite

I have eth0 as my WAN interface, eth1 as my wired network, and eth2 as my wireless network. I thought, based on that config, that the wired and wireless networks would be completely isolated from each other, and that I would have to go in an explicitly allow things to pass between them (printers, media server, etc). However, that isn't the case.  The two networks talk with no issues.  What changes do I need to make in order to isolate these networks?

Also, I have access set up so that I can get to the Edgerouter and my media server from work.  I set up a few destination NAT rules to accomplish this, but I notice that you have to use your public IP address as the destination address.  I'm a home user and I don't have a static ip address.  Using this set up, my links will break whenever I get a new ip.  Is there any fix for this, or a way to tie the NAT to a DDNS domain name?
