NAT issue with VPN on ERL3

I’ve been trying to setup the PIA (private internet access) VPN on my ERL3 to route only one IP to the VPN and the rest out via my regular ISP. I’ve been successful in setting up the OpenVPN client based on the several threads, but am running into an issue with the PBR and NAT as

1. On dashboard, I am not seeing any activity on the vtun0 interface
2. When I apply the enable the NAT for the vtun0, I no longer can access websites from the other computers.  

ERL3 setup:

Eth0: WAN -> regular ISP

Eth1 LAN – 192.168.2.0

Eth2 LAN – 192.168.3.0 (currently disabled)

Im attaching my config file for reference so would be grateful if any of the gurus can give some advice/feedback on how to fix.
