specific IPs timing out

I have been having a problem getting to certain IP addresses.  When I remove the EdgeRouter Lite and directly connect (or if I VPN the connection) I can reach these IPs.  I have not made any active changes to the hosts or routing files and used the wizard to set up the 2 lan - 1 wan config.

Any help is very appreciated!
