Edgemax Router Windows 10 limited connection Issue

When I try connecting to the ERL3 from my windows 10 64x desktop computer, my PC recognizes the network (limited network message) but will not allow me to connect to any websites/router GUI.  I can connect with no issues from all of my other machines (non Windows 10) so there is something with a windows 10.       When I directly connect to the Uverse gateway, my computer is able to connect so there is something with the edgemax router and the windows 10 64x

My setup:  

ERL3 (1.9 OS) Setup with

eth0 (LAN 1   “..3.1”),

eth 1 WAN - > Uverse gateway

eth2 (LAN 1   “..2.1”),  

My resolution attemps:

1. Rolled back firmware Current Firmware is 1.90 so tried reverting back to prior versions 
2. Created a new clean config

3.Reset the Stacking

4.  Switched out the cables/switch.  

Note: I can ping 192.168.2.1 sucessfully.
