So basically have been experimenting with Smart Queue for the purposes of VoIP and its been mostly fine, however under load, the connection experiences about 0.5-1% packet loss no matter how much i try to fine tune the values. That being said, I wanted to know if Smart Queue could be used in conjunctino with Traffic Shaping rules as per the UBNT guide here https://help.ubnt.com/hc/en-us/articles/205198380-EdgeMAX-Quality-of-Service-for-Voice-Over-IP-QoS-for-VoIP- and whether or not the rules will conflict or compliment each other.
We are running a 20/1 connection and Smart Queue is currently set on both Download and Upload.
